Process Timeline
Planning begins with the development of ideas and project goals, where concepts and visions are clearly defined. This is followed by the preconstruction planning phase, which includes detailed design, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination. Once plans are finalized, materials are procured and delivered to the site, ensuring readiness for the construction phase to proceed efficiently.
Step One - Planning
During the demolition phase, a clear and safe pathway is established from the renovation area to the exterior to support the efficient removal of debris. Existing flooring that is not scheduled for demolition is protected to prevent damage. All items designated for replacement or updating are then removed, fully clearing the space in preparation for the next stage of construction.
Step Two - Demolition
During the construction phase, framing, plumbing, and electrical work are completed with a focus on expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the process, regular progress updates are provided. At the end of each day, the site is organized and maintained to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Step Three - Construction
During the final phase, all finishing touches and accessories are carefully installed to complete the space. A professional make-ready process is then conducted, ensuring the area is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for use. The project concludes with a client walkthrough and formal sign-off, confirming satisfaction with the completed work.
