In 1980, Ron married Mary, and together they formed not only a strong partnership in life but also in business. Over the years, they have worked side by side to grow and shape the company, combining their shared vision, hard work, and passion for helping others.

Alina Lim, RID
Jacob is the dedicated flooring specialist at Sharp Home Services, bringing expertise, precision, and industry knowledge to every project. As a certified floor dealer, he has the unique ability to work directly with major flooring manufacturers on behalf of clients, ensuring access to high-quality materials and competitive options.
He partners with leading brands such as Armstrong, Mohawk, Daltile, and Arizona Tile, providing trusted products backed by industry standards. Jacob offers a wide range of flooring solutions, including vinyl, laminate, carpet, engineered wood, solid wood, VCT, glue-down vinyl, tile, and natural stone.
With a strong focus on quality installation and customer satisfaction, Jacob is committed to helping clients select and install the perfect flooring to match their style, needs, and space.
Alina is a Registered Interior Designer with a Master’s degree in Environmental Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from Texas Tech University.
With five years of experience in the design industry, Alina has worked on a wide range of projects spanning healthcare, education, and government sectors. She now brings her expertise to residential design, where she is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful living spaces.
Alina offers a comprehensive range of services, including space planning, finish and furniture selection, as well as the development of renderings and mood boards. Her approach combines technical knowledge with creative vision to help clients bring their homes to life.

Ambrosio brings over 40 years of construction experience to every project, along with a deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship. For more than 30 years, he has been an integral part of the Sharp Home Services team, contributing his expertise and steady leadership to a wide range of projects.
Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Ambrosio takes pride in every stage of the construction process. He especially enjoys the challenge of transforming ideas into reality and is dedicated to helping bring each client’s vision to life with precision and care.
